Gas or Duramax: what the HD payment looks like with the cash
Take the two 2500HD LT crew cabs in the table. Gas, $63,618, 72 months at 4.9%: about $1,022 a month. Duramax, $62,265 after the $1,000 consumer cash, same terms: about $1,000 a month, or about $952 if you qualify for the $3,000 conquest. The diesel premium on these two trucks shrinks from about $2,515 on the window sticker to about $-22 a month after GM’s cash, before you count fuel economy under load and resale. If you tow heavy every week the Duramax pays for itself; if the truck mostly commutes, the gas 6.6L at 4.9% is the smarter payment. We’ll run your exact trucks.
What the fine print actually requires
- The $1,000 is Duramax only. Order code L5P, the 6.6L turbo-diesel. Gas 6.6L trucks get the rate programs but no consumer cash this month. Every diesel listing already shows the $1,000.
- Conquest means a non-GM vehicle in your name now. Any make other than Chevrolet, GMC, Buick or Cadillac, registered to you or your household; it doesn’t have to be a truck and you don’t have to trade it. Limited to Duramax LT and High Country, 2025 or 2026.
- “Top tiers” means GM Financial’s A+ and A1 credit tiers. Roughly high-600s and up with a clean recent history. Lower tiers still get a supported rate; it’s just a higher one, and we’ll show you the credit-union number next to it.
- Upfitted trucks qualify too. Our Stahl service bodies and CM flatbeds are built on these same chassis; the GM cash and rates apply to the truck underneath. See service body trucks and flatbed trucks.
- A payment deferral is not free money. Interest accrues from the day you sign. On a $40,000 loan at 6.5%, skipping the first payment for 120 days adds roughly $850 of interest to the back of the loan. Take it if you need the cash flow; skip it if you don’t.
- Buying through a business? Section 179 and bonus depreciation may apply to a 2500HD/3500HD placed in service this year; ask your CPA. Our commercial team handles fleet pricing and Business Choice questions.
- Nothing here has a doc fee behind it. The offer comes off the listed price; there’s no second sticker, no “protection package,” and no financing surcharge to claw it back. Most of our vehicles are tinted; it’s a line on the listing, not a surprise at the desk.

Do I have to trade my Ram or F-250 to get the $3,000 conquest?
No. You have to show you currently own or lease a non-GM vehicle (any make, not necessarily a truck) with a registration or payoff letter in your or a household member’s name. It applies to a Duramax LT or High Country, 2025 or 2026. Trade it or keep it; your call.
Can I combine the HD cash with the 4.9% financing?
Yes. The $1,000 consumer cash and the $3,000 conquest both stack with the 4.9% rate support or the 6.69% promo rate. HD is not an either/or program this month.
Is there 0% on the 2500HD?
No. October’s 0% is 2026 Silverado 1500 only. HD gets 4.9% for top tiers plus the Duramax cash.
Do the offers apply to a service body or flatbed truck?
