I went in preapproved and the guys still worked to get me a better offer that worked in both our favor. They addressed all of my concerns and I left as a happy customer. My daughter absolutely LOVED Trevor's Pretzels that he offers with every purchase and we all enjoyed a chicken at Eischens across the street. Go in for a car, stay for the chicken. We had our first visit to Okarche, when our son found a truck online that he wanted to look at. From the beginning they were all very friendly and courteous. Today, my wife had an unfortunate flat tire while driving through town. The gentlemen at this dealership took excellent care of her going as far as airing up the tire at the local gas station for her so she could drive to the dealership to get it repaired. They got her patched and back on the road very quickly and I cannot thank them enough for their courtesy and professionalism. I didn’t hear any specific names so thank you very much to the whole service team!

My car had an engine light, Jeremiah explained there was a recall and that fixed it, car ran one week and was back in a different dealership. Their techs saw same recall but also did physical examination that showed a wet fuel injector that was leaking. Simply clearing a code unfortunately didnt help. It was frustrating to be stranded due to lack of a little extra effort.
This was our first time purchasing from Carter Chevrolet and we were very pleasantly surprised! It was the least car dealership feeling experience we've ever had - and I mean that in the best way. Aaron helped us out and he was great to work with. Everyone in the office was so friendly and laid back. We're eager to see how they hold up with service and anything else we might now need.
