I love American automobiles but hate the process of buying them. I hate the games, the dance with the guy behind the glass that you never actually talk to. It's exhausting. They are the best we have ever been too! Todd kept us in the loop with the 2011 Chevrolet Equinox being detailed and oil changed and inspection done on it, even though it isn’t required here in OK. After the test drive we did the paperwork and they do not add any processing fees or etc. Then, they treated us to a meal at Eischen’s Bar with a chicken dinner. Going to check on a truck for my brother next.

This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from Carter's, and both experiences were very good. In both cases, I found the car online and asked if they would bring it to me to drive. No problem. In the latest case, Trevor brought the car and I looked it over and drove it. We did all the negotiating and paperwork online, and it went very smoothly. They replaced the windshield, did a brake job, and put new tires on it. The paperwork was handled expeditiously, and I already have it registered. Easy and efficient.
This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Carter's. On both occasions, I found the vehicle online and asked the dealership if they would bring it to me to look over. In the latest instance, Trevor brought the car out so I could see and drive it. All the paperwork was done online without me even going to the dealership. I got the title/registration paperwork sooner than inspected. Easy transaction.
Carter serviced my vehicle quickly and got me back on the road with quality service in a timely manner. I also spoke with Crystal about a trade in and purchasing a vehicle. Although the timing wasn’t right to make that deal, she was incredibly courteous and when the time comes to purchase, I will be going to see crystal.

Service Center Dylan manager and Jeremiah im guessing the assistant manager will work with your schedule and take care of the concerns you have. The greatest car buying experience of my life!! Everyone was friendly knowledgeable and down to earth... At no time did I ever feel like an outsider who knew nothing about cars. From the moment I meant Alexia and Aaron and George and Jason along with everyone else I was treated as if I had known them for years... It really was a wonderful experience!!! I honestly can't wait till the first time I take it in for an oil change because I'm willing to bet that their service staff will be no different.

I had aa great purchase experience. Carter’s zero pressure approach was refreshing. They worked hard to find a truck that matched my needs and offered a fair price. None of the typical dealers games I’ve experienced with other dealers. They worked with me on my trade in and again I believe I got a fair deal. I worked with Mitch who was awesome. He was thorough and patient with me as we worked through the delivery process. He also kept me well informed during the search process for my truck.
I didn’t buy a car from but I was very impressed with Crystal. Next time I go to buy a car I will start at Carter’s asking for Crystal.

Had a Rocky start. But overall, the manager of the service department has great customer service and shows that he will support his customers to the best of his ability. Because of his actions and ability to maintain happen I will make this my shop of choice for repairs and oil changes
