Carter Chevrolet was unlike any dealership I’ve ever been to in the best way. As a female, walking into car dealerships is always intimidating and uncomfortable. At Carter Chevy everyone made me feel at ease and there were zero creepy feelings! Aaron immediately handed me the keys to the vehicle I wanted to check out & let me test drive it without him and without any pressure or too many facts. Aaron was funny and easy to talk to, and most of all honest. I will forever be a customer of Carter.

This was the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever had. I did everything online before I even went in and when they contacted me I let them know I didn’t want to be in there all day like the other times I have bought a vehicle from other dealerships. A very good place to buy a vehicle; the service is exceptional, and Todd is one of the best salespeople.

I have been trying to get a truck for years. After several dealerships and attempts I was always told no or they just tried to get me into a deeper mess than I was in. We have been going to Carter for years now. It used to be local to us, but we moved away a considerable distance. We still drive back because they are incredibly welcoming and easy going. The most recent purchase, our salesman Aaron was especially easy to talk to and get to know. These guys are approachable, not intimidating and pushy like most salespeople. I love American automobiles but hate the process of buying them. I hate the games, the dance with the guy behind the glass that you never actually talk to. It's exhausting. They are the best we have ever been too! Todd kept us in the loop with the 2011 Chevrolet Equinox being detailed and oil changed and inspection done on it, even though it isn’t required here in OK. After the test drive we did the paperwork and they do not add any processing fees or etc. Then, they treated us to a meal at Eischen’s Bar with a chicken dinner. Going to check on a truck for my brother next.
