New Technologies Standard in 2015 Chevrolet Impala
With the world ever-changing in terms of innovation, technology, and more, it’s pretty important for the automotive industry to follow suit, even with a classic Chevy vehicle like the Impala. However, being a classic sedan doesn’t mean the newest and best features should be forfeited! The all-new 2015 Chevrolet Impala is going to be a pretty tough competitor in the marketplace once you see what all it has to offer.
Start/stop technology is one of the highlighted features that will come standard on the new Impala base engine, a 2.5-liter ECOTEC® four-cylinder engine with a fuel economy of about 31 mpg highway, according to the EPA. This kind of tech with shut down the engine in times of need to reduce fuel use (of course, not while you’re driving down the highway or anything like that). Chevrolet doesn’t have plans, however, to add this standard tech in the 3.6-liter V6 engine models.
Be on the lookout for the new 2015 Chevrolet Impala to go on sale later this summer, starting at a price tag of about $27,735. Be sure to visit us at Carter Chevrolet!
