Meet the Amazing Chevrolet Silverado EV

January 19th, 2022 by

Feel that slight trembling beneath your feet? That’s Chevrolet breaking new ground with the first-ever all-electric Silverado. Revealed this month, the 2024 Chevy Silverado EV is a stunning step forward for your favorite pickup truck, bringing everything you love about Chevy trucks into a bold new era.

Hesitating because you’re worried about how far you can take an EV? Chevy’s got you. General Motors estimates that the Silverado EV will be able to cover 400 miles on a full charge,[1] which means you’ll get 100 miles more confidence than you’d get from the truck made by the folks with the blue oval.

Speaking of topping other electric trucks, the 2024 Chevrolet Silverado EV has Ford’s number again with more than 660 horsepower and 780 lb-ft of torque, allowing it to go from 0-60 mph in just 4.5 seconds with Wide Open Watts.[2] Chevy says that this will also allow future Silverado EV trucks to tow up to 20,000 pounds. Like, what?

More innovation, you ask? How about a Multi-Flex Tailgate and a Multi-Flex Midgate that lets you accommodate items up to 10 feet in length? How about four-wheel steering? How about Super Cruise™ hands-free, a 17-inch free-form LCD infotainment touch screen, and an expansive fixed-glass roof?

The all-new Chevrolet Silverado EV is going to be amazing, and we couldn’t be more excited to bring it to you. You can reserve your 2024 Chevrolet Silverado EV now, and it’ll arrive at Carter Chevrolet in Okarche, Oklahoma, by summer 2024.
