I called the dealership asked if a certain vehicle would be there since i was not local and I wasnt driven that far if it was sold. he (Todd) infomed me yes and i said good were on our way if i like it im buying it today. and yes we bought the car that day. was a plesant dealership to do business with. we didnt get no cake but got a dinner.

They are family friendly with kids. They DO NOT hassle, pressure, or intimidate you in any shape or manner. It is a seamless buying experience from start to finish. This dealership was recommended to me. Relaxed laid-back atmosphere and friendly people. No pricing games and NO DOCUMENT FEES. Jordan was knowledgeable about the vehicle and very helpful in getting everything set up. I wasn't expecting to buy when I went there so I didn't have my trade-in vehicle but they came and picked it up so I didn't have to make an additional trip. I will shop at Carter Chevrolet again if I am looking for another vehicle. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for another vehicle. We have been going to Carter for years now. It used to be local to us, but we moved away a considerable distance. We still drive back because they are incredibly welcoming and easy going. The most recent purchase, our salesman Aaron was especially easy to talk to and get to know. These guys are approachable, not intimidating and pushy like most salespeople. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience.

From the moment I meant Alexia and Aaron and George and Jason along with everyone else I was treated as if I had known them for years... It really was a wonderful experience!!! I honestly can't wait till the first time I take it in for an oil change because I'm willing to bet that their service staff will be no different.

Todd, my salesman, was very quick to respond and assist in anyway possible. He was very courteous and responsive. When I arrived, the truck I purchased was parked out front, washed, and filled up. Todd walked me through the entire process. From the test driver to the purchase. Todd was a great salesman and I’ll definitely be back when the time comes to get another truck.
