The most recent purchase, our salesman Aaron was especially easy to talk to and get to know. These guys are approachable, not intimidating and pushy like most salespeople. The greatest car buying experience of my life!! Everyone was friendly knowledgeable and down to earth... At no time did I ever feel like an outsider who knew nothing about cars. From the moment I meant Alexia and Aaron and George and Jason along with everyone else I was treated as if I had known them for years... It really was a wonderful experience!!! I honestly can't wait till the first time I take it in for an oil change because I'm willing to bet that their service staff will be no different.

I came to Carter not expecting to leave with a car that day just wanted to see what was out there, but once I got there crystal was great. Got a new car within budget and they were all very nice and helpful. I even had a sticker of my dad on my car and it wasn’t reusable. Crystal went out of her way to put it on some nicer paper and laminate it for me so I would still have. Never had that kind of experience at any other dealership I’ve ever been to. Definitely above and beyond the average dealership for sure.
