Chevrolet SUVs Adding More Midnight, Sport, RS Options

What’s the best part about picking up a bucket of fresh, hot-fried chicken? Oh, wait, that’s a loaded question. Everything is great about that. But one thing that’s particularly great is the choice. Want a thigh? It’s in there. How about a wing? You’ve got it. Chevrolet appreciates the idea of getting what you like, and that’s why it’s extending its Midnight, Sport, and RS packages across the 2021-22 SUV lineup.

Because around one in five Trax SUVs sold today have either the Midnight or Sport package, Chevy said heck with it and made both options available on the 2021 Chevrolet Traverse LS and LT. The former adds a black bowtie, black ice grille, and black-painted aluminum wheels to complement the stealthy Mosaic Black Metallic exterior. The Sport Edition gives you similarly cool blacked-out elements and lets you contrast them with your choice of exterior color.

The 2021 Chevrolet Traverse will also bring back the Redline trim, which around 60 percent of all Traverse Premium buyers choose. Choices, choices!

Chevrolet is also ramping up its RS trim offering by adding it to the 2022 Equinox lineup. Featuring 19-inch Dark Android wheels, a gloss black mesh grille, and red stitching on the inside, the RS is all sorts of sporty. It’s all sorts of popular, too — Chevy says that about 25 percent of all Trailblazer and 33 percent of all Blazer SUVs sold are RS models.

Want a fresh, stylish, and fun SUV? You get more choice than a bucket of chicken with Chevrolet. You’ll find the new 2021 Chevy Traverse and upcoming 2022 Equinox at Carter Chevrolet in Okarche, Oklahoma.
