4th of July Events Around Oklahoma City
It’s that time of year again! The 4th of July is right around the corner and we’re dreaming of red, white and blue, hotdogs, and fireworks. If you’re looking for something to do for the holiday weekend, we’re here to help you out. Check out some of the 4th of July events around Oklahoma City below!
Stars and Stripes River Festival – The Fourth of July Festival taking place in Oklahoma City will actually take place on Saturday, June 27th. People of all ages are welcome to take part in the RiverSport Challenge, PaddleFest Dragon Boat Festival, OGE NightSprints, Padde for the Cure, and other family-friendly activities.
Freedom Fest – Freedom fest will start on July 3rd at Chisholm Trail Park. Music will start at 5 p.m. and the grand display of fireworks will start at approximately 10 p.m.
Freedom Festival – This celebration will happen at Eldon Lyon Park in Bethany. The parade will start at 10 a.m., followed by plenty of family-friendly activities, including pony rides, a petting zoo, inflatables, music by The Chris Henson Band, and one of the largest fireworks shows in the state.
4th of July Celebration – Taking place at Kingfisher County Fairgrounds, take your family out for some fun on the 4th! Games start at 5 p.m., with a concert being held in the Rodeo Arena. And of course, the event wouldn’t be complete without some fireworks!
