Chevrolet’s Corvette is always a focus point when it comes to power, luxury, and handling, and this year is no different. The latest Corvette Grand Sport was reintroduced for the 2017 model year as a track-focused version of the Corvette Stingray. Available in both a standard hardtop and convertible models, the Corvette Grand Sport is designed to sing the praises of the original Grand Sport race cars.

More recently, Chevrolet unveiled the 2017 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport’s price. The standard hardtop model launches with a starting price of $66,445 while the convertible runs a little higher, coming in at $70,445.

“The racing DNA of the original Grand Sport race cars is in the 2017 model, adding greater dimensions of capability and driver involvement to the Corvette’s award-winning architecture, for a purer driving experience,” said Harlan Charles, Corvette marketing manager. “It is a worthy successor to the spirit of the originals.”

The 2017 Corvette Grand Sport will boast a variety of packages, including a Z07 package, and 10 exterior colors. Not only that, but also the line will launch with a Corvette Grand Sport Collector Edition model. The special edition model will feature a Watkins Glen Gray Metallic paint with Tension Blue graphics and interior.
