Have Any Questions? |
Chevrolet’s been making trucks for over 100 years now, so saying that Chevy has managed to make the strongest and most advanced truck it’s ever built is no small thing. That’s just what the bowtie brand has done with its new 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, which offers winning style, no shortage of capability, and unprecedented features like Durabed and a power-up/-down tailgate.
To make sure that you can get in all that good fun, Chevrolet is offering up eight different trims for its all-new Silverado. There’s a truck for everyone in this lineup, so if you’re thinking about buying in but don’t know which one works best for you, here’s what you need to know.
2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Work Truck
If you like keeping it simple, the Silverado Work Truck gets the job done — literally. With a sleek-looking, blacked-out face, the Work Truck has as much style as it offers substance. For the latter, it offers up a standard 4.3-liter Ecotec3 V6 with Active Fuel Management™ technology, StabiliTrak®, the best-in-class Durabed with 12 standard tie-downs. While it’s pretty straightforward on the inside, the Work Truck still offers fancy amenities like Chevrolet Infotainment System 3 with a 7-inch diagonal color touch-screen and Bluetooth® streaming capabilities.
2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Custom
With the Silverado Custom, you get slight aesthetic tweaks like a body-color Chevrolet graphic grille and lower front bumper as well as 20-inch Silver-painted aluminum wheels. You’re also getting signature LED taillamps, deep-tinted glass, heated power mirrors, and a polished exhaust tip, which give the Custom an even more distinctive look. Inside, you’re upgraded to the connectivity of Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™, making it easier to connect to your friends and family on the go.
2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Custom Trail Boss
For those who love getting down and dirty. The 2019 Silverado Custom Trail Boss has just what you need to make the most of your weekend adventures with standard four-wheel drive, a Z71 Off-Road Package, Autotrac® two-speed transfer case, a 2-inch factory suspension lift, and 18-inch black wheels wrapped in Goodyear® Wrangler Duratrac® Off-Road tires. For a more rugged look, the Custom Trail Boss goes back to the all-black face, swapping out the Chevy bowtie for a Z71 badge and dropping in fresh-looking red recovery hooks.
2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT
If you want something that looks just a touch more upscale, opt for the Silverado Lt and its chromed-out face. A chrome center bar with the Chevrolet bowtie at the center, chrome bumpers, chrome mirror caps — if you want bling, the LT offers it. The LT also upgrades you to the first-ever turbo-four offered with the Chevrolet Silverado — a 2.7-liter Turbo that puts out an impressive 310 horsepower and 348 lb-ft of torque.
