2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500

The 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 marks the beginning of the next generation for this beloved full-size pickup. From front to back, the Silverado has been redesigned to offer exceptional performance, bold style, and cutting-edge technologies.

The 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 is available at eight trim levels: WT, Custom, Custom Trail Boss, LT, LT Trail Boss, RST, LTZ, and High Country.

All trim levels of the 2019 Silverado 1500 are available with two-wheel drive or four-wheel drive, except the Trail Boss trims, which are only available with four-wheel drive. The WT, Custom, Custom Trail Boss, LT, RST, and LTZ trims all come in three body configurations: Double Cab, Standard Bed; Crew Cab, Short Bed; and Crew Cab, Standard Bed. The LT Trail Boss and High Country Trims are only available with a Crew Cab with either a Short or Standard Bed.

Powertrains & Performance

With its six different powerful engine/transmission options, the 2019 Silverado 1500 will meet whatever your needs are, both on and off the worksite. It comes equipped with a standard 4.3-liter EcoTec3 V6 engine that pumps out an admirable 285 horsepower and 305 lb-ft of torque. The engine comes paired with a strong, six-speed automatic transmission.

The second engine on offer is the 5.3-liter EcoTec3 V8 engine that delivers 355 horsepower, 383 lb-ft of torque, and comes paired with either a six-speed or eight-speed automatic transmission. The engine features either Active or Dynamic Fuel Management, which are both cylinder-deactivation technologies that strive to make your ride more efficient. The Silverado also offers a 6.2-liter V8 engine with Dynamic Fuel Management, which delivers 420 horsepower, 460 lb-ft of torque, and comes paired with a refined, ten-speed automatic transmission. The fourth available engine is a new 2.7-liter Turbo engine coupled with an eight-speed automatic transmission that pumps out 310 horsepower, 348 lb-ft of torque, and delivers up to 23 mpg on the highway. *

The final engine available on the 2019 Silverado 1500 is the all-new 3.0-liter Duramax I6 Turbo-Diesel engine, which will be available early 2019 and come paired with a ten-speed automatic transmission.
