This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Carter's. On both occasions, I found the vehicle online and asked the dealership if they would bring it to me to look over. In the latest instance, Trevor brought the car out so I could see and drive it. All the paperwork was done online without me even going to the dealership. I got the title/registration paperwork sooner than inspected. Easy transaction.

I came to Carter not expecting to leave with a car that

I came to Carter not expecting to leave with a car that day just wanted to see what was out there, but once I got there crystal was great. Got a new car within budget and they were all very nice and helpful. I even had a sticker of my dad on my car and it wasn’t reusable. Crystal went out of her way to put it on some nicer paper and laminate it for me so I would still have. Never had that kind of experience at any other dealership I’ve ever been to. Definitely above and beyond the average dealership for sure.
