I got a phone call response on a Sunday, Mother's Day none the less, at 9PM. The salesman Matt Cecil helped with all my questions any time a day over the next few days. Ultimately on the day of pick up, he even detailed it himself to get me on my way by our agreed time.
Loved every bit of the experience. Jason and his team make buying a vehicle pleasurable!!! Drove 45 minutes one way and was in and out quickly. WELL WORTH THE DRIVE...EVEN IF IT WAS 4 HOURS TO GET THERE!!! Shout out to Kurt for taking care of me with all the final details. Shout out to Eliud for taking care of all the financial docs. Loved this dealership usually buying a new vehicle has always been a nauseating experience for me but with out wonderful salesman Matt Cecil and balance of the staff it was a wonderful calm no hassel experience and I absolutely loved that the staff dresses in casual everyday apparel a very revelating experience.

I do not normally like to buy cars but this is our 2nd purchase from Carter Chevrolet and it is so easy. There is no pressure and the process is very quick and easy. We have bought a 2016 Chevy 4WD truck and a 2017 Chevy Tahoe and couldn't be more pleased.
